Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Clear The Way Consulting LLC (“CTWC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to clearthewayconsulting.com. This policy describes the current main public website. Planned Academy, Community, and REAL In Action App functions may require additional notices before public use.

Information You Provide

The Contact Us form may collect your name, email address, subject or reason for contacting us, and message. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, educational, authentication, or other confidential information through the general form unless CTWC specifically requests it through an appropriate process.

A general inquiry does not enroll you in marketing communications.

Website Operation and Security

The website, hosting environment, WordPress, and security systems may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site, including IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, request headers, timestamps, and security-related request information.

CTWC uses Wordfence to help protect the website from malicious traffic, unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats. The website host may also maintain ordinary server and security logs.

Forms and CRM

CTWC uses Fluent Forms for the Contact Us form. Form submissions are stored in the CTWC WordPress database and routed to CTWC for response.

FluentCRM is installed as CTWC’s selected relationship-management platform but is intentionally not configured to automatically add general website inquiries to marketing lists. General inquiries are not marketing consent.

Uses

CTWC may use website information to respond to requests; communicate about requested programs, services, or events; operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website; maintain appropriate business records; and comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights.

Marketing

The Contact Us form is not a newsletter opt-in. Future newsletters or optional marketing should use separate clear consent and unsubscribe mechanisms.

Cookies

The website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for WordPress administration, authentication, security, forms, or essential functions. CTWC has not intentionally configured advertising cookies or behavioral advertising on the current MVP site. If analytics, advertising, embedded social feeds, or other tracking are later added, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated.

Social Links

The site contains ordinary links to CTWC’s official Instagram and Facebook pages rather than embedded feeds. When you follow an external link, that service’s privacy practices apply.

Sharing

CTWC does not sell personal information collected through the main website. Information may be accessible to service providers supporting website hosting or security as needed to provide those services. CTWC may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights or safety.

Retention

CTWC retains website information only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, legitimate administrative or security needs, or legal requirements. More specific retention periods may be added as CTWC’s formal retention schedules are approved.

Security

CTWC uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect website information. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and Youth

CTWC serves youth and families through some programs, but the general Contact Us form is not a youth-program registration system and should not be used to submit sensitive information about a child. Program-specific registration, consent, parent or guardian access, educational records, or participant information should use the appropriate CTWC process and any additional required notices or consents.

Requests

Contact CTWC with questions or requests concerning information you submitted, including access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, contractual, or legitimate administrative reasons.

External Sites

CTWC may link to third-party sites. CTWC does not control their privacy practices.

Changes

This policy may be updated as technologies, services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version.
